IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AT CLC

       
The Workforce and Professional Development Institute at the College of Lake County will present a two-part Networking, Listening and Constructive Feedback Series on Tuesday, April 21 at the Southlake Campus in Vernon Hills. The workshops will enhance your communication and job networking skills during this challenging economic environment.

Improve your listening skills and contribute to your personal and business success with the Effective Listening and Feedback Skills workshop. The course, held from 8 a.m. to noon, will teach the secrets of being a better listener and the do’s and don’ts of giving and receiving effective feedback.

The afternoon session, Building a Business Network, will be held from 1-5 p.m. It teaches you how to build a business network from the ground up, increase your visibility and manage and organize your contacts.
